Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unstitched, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Stitched or customized products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)


🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your item.

    Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

  2. Provide:

    • Your full name and order number

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Photos of the product if damaged or incorrect

  3. Once your return is approved, send the item via the same courier company it was delivered through to the address we’ll share with you.


📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is being returned due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping.


💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are made via bank transfer or in the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our fault).


🔄 Exchange Process

  • Once your return is received and approved, your replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days, subject to availability.
